تاثیر مصرف کوتاه مدت مکمل کراتین مونوهیدرات به همراه تمرینات الاستیک بر عملکرد بازیکنان والیبال

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر مصرف کوتاه مدت مکمل کراتین مونوهیدرات به همراه تمرینات الاستیک بر بازیکنان والیبال بود. در یک کارآزمایی میدانی تعداد 50 نفر والیبالیست 30 تا 40 سال از جامعه آماری بعد از تکمیل پرسشنامه سلامتی به طور داوطلبانه به عنوان نمونه در پژوهش شرکت کردند. آزمودنی‌ها به طور تصادفی به پنج گروه تمرین الاستیک و مکمل کراتین مونوهیدرات، تمرین الاستیک و دارونما، مکمل به تنهایی، گروه تمرین الاستیک و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرینی به مدت هشت هفته و هفته­ای 3 جلسه انجام شد. مکمل سازی کراتین مونوهیدرات نیز هر روز 4 وعده به میزان 5 گرم در هر وعده بود. اندازه‌گیری توان هوازی با استفاده از آزمون 1 مایل (1609 متر) دویدن و توان بی­هوازی با آزمون RAST مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های این پژوهش برای مقایسه میانگین­های درون گروهی از روش آماری T  وابسته و برای مطالعۀ اثر هشت هفته تمرین در پنج گروه از آزمون کوواریانس استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها از نرم­افزار SPSS 21  و برای رسم نمودارها از نرم­افزار Exell 2010  استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین الاستیک همراه با مکمل دهی کراتین مونوهیدارت باعث بهبود معنادار توان هوازی و توان بی­هوازی بازیکنان والیبال شده است (05/0 p ≤). با توجه به تاثیر مثبت مصرف مکمل کراتین و تمرین الاستیک بر عملکردهای هوازی و توانی که در منابع دیگر نیز به آن اشاره شده است به مربیان و ورزشکاران و مسئولان تغذیه تیم­های ورزشی پیشنهاد می­شود این ماده را با احتیاط در رژیم غذایی ورزشکاران بگنجاند .بویژه اینکه برای مصرف کوتاه مدت ان عوارض جانبی نیز گزارش نشده است.

The Effect of Short-Term Creatine Monohydrate Supplement with Elastic Training on Performance of Volleyball Player

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of short term creatine supplementation monohydrate supplementation with tensile training (exercise with cache) on aerobic and anaerobic power of volleyball players from 30 to 40 years of age. Fifty volleyball players from 30 to 40 years of age voluntarily participated as a sample in the study population after completing the health questionnaire. Subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups of elastic training and supplemented creatine monohydrate, elastic training, placebo and supplemented alone, and control and elastic training group. The protocol was completed for 8 weeks, 3 sessions a week. Supplementing creatine monohydrate was also 4 servings per day at 5 grams per serving. The measurement of aerobic power was carried out using a test run of 1 m (1609 m) and an anaerobic power with RAST test. To analyze the data, this study was conducted to compare intraperitoneal mean of T-test and to study the effect of eight weeks of training in four groups of covariance test. SPSS 21 software was used to analyze the data and the Excel 2010 software was employed for drawing charts. The results showed that eight weeks of elastic training accompanied with Creatine Monohydrate Supplements led to a significant improvement in aerobic power and anaerobic power of volleyball players (p ≤ 0.05). Considering the positive effect of supplementation of creatine supplementation and elastic exercise on aerobic and potency exercises also mentioned in other references, coaches, athletes and nutrition team members of sports teams are suggested to  be cautious in the diet of athletes; in particular, since the side effects have not been reported for short-term use.
